What happens when a driver calls out mid-day?
Hit 'Driver down' on the live route. Fast mode moves all their remaining stops to another driver; re-optimize mode re-plans the whole remaining day from each driver's current position and clock. Completed stops are never re-planned.
Do junk removal crews route too?
Yes — junk crews and dumpster trucks plan as two streams on one board, and the optimizer never sends container work to a junk crew or vice versa.
Does it handle service windows?
Yes. 'Must arrive 8–10am' is honored in sequencing, tight windows are served first, and misses warn the dispatcher before publish — never silently.
